Evidence: Following Wnt-3a treatment, proteins were isolated from the respective cellular fractions and subjected to immunoblot analysis. Membrane fractions of both H929 and OPM-2 (Figure 5A-B) evidenced increases in PKCa, PKCb, and PKCmu, whereas no other isozymes were increased in this fraction (not shown) with the exception of PKCeta that only increased in OPM-2.
