Description

The data represents developmental time series from early development and ZGA for human which are given in separate conditions. This Track shows the Results of the bias correction of TN5 cut sites.

Display conventions

The track presents the corrected insertion bias by the TN5 Transposase between the devolvement stages (2C, 4C, 8C, hESC, ICM and navi_hESC). They can be compared between the stages.
