Evidence: Rheumatoid arthritic fibroblasts were treated with EP4 receptor agonist ONO-AE1-329 in the presence of NS-398 (COX-2 inhibitor 1 microM) and IL-1beta (1 ng/ml). EP4 receptor agonist at a dose of 2 nM enhanced IL-1 beta stimulated production of IL-6.
